One question. One person.One credit
That is the whole pricing model. 10 questions sent to 20 people is 200 credits.
Free until 30 September. Try it before you sign up. No card, ever.

Between a form and a week of interviews
The alternative to this is interviewing people. 20 conversations, an hour each once you count the scheduling and the write-up, is most of a week gone. And that is if all 20 turn up.
The other alternative is a form, which is free and comes back with 6 words.
Voivey sits between the two. Interview follow-ups, survey scale, and a bill you can predict to the credit.
Free. 6 words each.
Interview follow-ups. Survey scale.
20 conversations. A week gone.
A long answer costs the same as a short one
Credits count questions asked, not words spoken.
The person who talks for 2 minutes costs you what the person who talks for 15 seconds costs you. Nobody is penalised for having something to say, which matters, because the ones with something to say are the reason you sent it.
Follow-up questions are included. They do not draw down your credits.
Thinking time is free too. Somebody pausing to remember something costs you nothing.

What people ask about the credits
What counts as one credit?
One question, asked of one person. A 5 question survey sent to 10 people is 50 credits.
Do follow-up questions cost extra?
No. They are included.
What if somebody starts and does not finish?
You are charged for the questions they were actually asked, and nothing more. A person who answers 2 of your 6 questions costs you 2 credits.
Do credits expire?
No. They stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if I run out while a survey is still running?
Your survey keeps collecting answers. Nobody is stopped halfway through a conversation. We warn you well before you get there, and you can turn on automatic top-up so it never comes up.
Is there a contract?
No. Buy credits when you need them and stop whenever you like.
